They are looking for a UI designer where this role will be 70% UI and 30% UX.
Our client is looking to revolutionise the way we give to charity. Currently based in Shoreditch, they are looking to add a UI / UX Designer to enable them to take the next steps in growth as they expand their team.
This will be a role for a designer who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, bring ideas to the table and have a great eye for design and how good design can impact the growth of the company.
Our client has already partnered with leading sports and charity brands including Chelsea football club, Fulham, Harlequins rugby club, Park Run, Help Refugees and have also partnered with the artist Banksy too.
Our client builds and runs donation platforms for their partners which unlock new revenue streams and how they connect with the public.
New digital products will be added to their platform as they grow, they want to reinvent the charity sector and give back to grassroots. They are looking for someone who is digitally focused, interest in sport would be beneficial but not essential but must be a passionate designer who can own their designs, someone with an entrepreneur mindset. You'll be working closely with the product owner.
Salary £50-60k - Depending on experience
About the role
We're looking for someone to initiate, conceptualize and iterate on high-quality product designs, from websites to native applications. You will be tasked with implementing simple and elegant product flows based on data analysis, user research, and customer service feedback.
Helping to inform strategic product decisions, you will aggregate and report on key product metrics, while contributing to the big picture with strategic decisions alongside the product, growth, and executive teams.
The need to have:
3+ years designing UI and digital product interactions.
Experience with design and prototyping tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.
Experience shipping a variety of software products to production working with multidisciplinary teams.
A portfolio of previous work.
The nice to have:
Previous experience designing the gamification of Saas products.
Basic front end programming experience.
Digital animation skills will be considered a highly valuable
