Trade marketing Executive - Travel Permanent

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Mission 1: Responsible for trade marketing
*B2B Education: Communication to agents about latest product, trade and promotional news through a new 360° communication strategy
*B2B2C Co-branded marketing: Assisting & influencing key partners with the promotion of holidays, particularly through digital means
*Support: Providing agents with the tools required to sell, and resolving any technical issues which arise (ECM, pricing etc.)
*Incentivisation: Sales incentive promotion, management of agent loyalty schemes and resort visits
*Relationship building: focussing on top agents in order to grow sales and brand awareness

Mission 2: Trade Platform: systems development & monitoring
*Ensure the smooth running of the travel agent website as a tool of key resources, information & offers
*Lead any system developments
*Monitor how agents are interacting with the brand through effective management of all linked trade systems (ECM, trade website, salesforce, feeds, social, mailjet)

Mission 3: Responsible for online distribution through OTAs
*Lead research into key OTAs that are in line with the brand strategy. Work collaboratively with indirect sales manager to negotiate and manage commercial relationships with travel partners.
*Account management: Closely monitor site analytics, ranking performance, connectivity reports to optimise UX. Plan campaigns around key promotional landmarks through the year.

Mission 4: Responsible for Meetings & Events marketing
*Responsible for defining the M&E Marketing Strategy: Work with all agencies to create an integrated 360 marketing plan to grow sales and deliver strong ROI.
*Lead the development and management of the M&E website
