Based in a brand new office in West London, not only offering a modern and spacious workplace, but also adding elements of fun to the area. Due to the companies signature USP they are growing at a rate unrivalled to their competitors and now look for a Social Media Manager to manage their social online presence in house and build a team within.
Social media management is a key area of planned customer growth and loyalty.
Existing resources have been steered to focus on new customer campaign planning
and acquisition targets. This work would focus on creating content, creatives and offers
on all social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc) , driving
engagement and consumer interaction towards defined KPI's. The social media
management would also include coordination with influencer networks in creating
shared reach and offer propositions. This role would also oversee media buying in
social channels and implement learning's and also opportunity to do our own media
buying and targeting. Managing a small team, offering huge scope for growth to mimic the companies ambition.
Increase the number of NDC's through improved social assets.
Increase engagement online.
Manage online reputation.
Support our social media influencers with suggestions on messaging and assets.
Manage a team consisting of two Social Executives with the scope grow and create a new team.
Management of all social channels.
Building a tone of voice online.
Work in line with the companies wider marketing strategy and tone of voice.
Work with external media agency to develop social media content.
Work with external media agency in the execution of paid media campaigns on social platforms.
Brief in the design of assets to our in house designer and external agency.
Generate ideas for marketing campaigns and follow them through to execution.
Track the success of past campaigns to find out what improvements can be
Must have a strong knowledge of social media.
Must have a strong knowledge and interest in sports, particularly football.
Must be highly literate.
Must be quick-thinking and highly adaptable.
Must be flexible in working evenings/weekends, self driven and structured.
