Social Media Manager Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who will form part of the Corporate Communications Department. This role will take full ownership of all existing (and future) social media channels. Responsibilities and Duties
Day-to-day management of all official corporate social media channels, including creation, scheduling, publishing and advertising.
Implementation of social media brand strategies, campaigns and plans for the brand.
Development of a social media calendar.
Content management, with attention to ensuring legal compliance at all times.
Maintenance, growth, and creation of social networks - including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, and more.
Driving quality traffic and leads, whilst boosting the brand reputation online.
Monitoring, listening and responding to all messages and comments across channels in a timely and professional manner, adhering to guidelines set and working as an advocate for the brand.
Analysis of key metrics and compilation of reporting showing ROI.
Ongoing commitment to staying on top of current trends and digital technologies.
Management of allocated Social Media Marketing budget.
Native English speaking and preferably even Swedish speaking
Marketing Degree or relevant qualification.
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with proven track record in previous assignments
Expertise across channels - with an understanding of SEO and relevant metrics.
Excellent command of English, strong communication skills and a passion for content creation.
Ability to work independently and deliver quality.
Working knowledge of Photoshop and photography principles preferred.
