Social Media Manager Permanent

This role will be managing the social media strategy for a number of luxury clients, as well as taking ownership of the company's social media pages and website. It will require managing one direct report - a Social Media Exec - to collaboratively create stunning campaigns.
The Role and Responsibilities:
-Own and execute the social media strategy
-Create campaigns to grow social media engagement, brand awareness and following.
-Create monthly reports
-Create content schedules
-Manage and nurture outstanding client relationships.
-Innovatively explore new social media opportunities.
-Manage the company's social media and website.
-Manage social communities.
-Manage advertising budgets
-Build bespoke strategies for new clients.
-Review and update strategies for existing clients.
-Effectively control all crisis management across social platforms.
-Liaise with PR, Sales and Marketing teams internally.
-Respond to audience/community questions and comments.
-Arrange blogger trips.
-Oversee the creation of blogs.
-Manage one direct report; the Social Media Executive.
The Perfect Candidate:
-Will have a genuine, deep passion for travelling.
-MUST have experience within the travel industry or within luxury brands.
-Demonstrable experience growing and developing social media channels for high end clients
-Proven results of delivering exceptional social media strategy
-Basic creative skills; Photoshop, Snapseed, film editing.
-Knowledge of Sprout Social, Tweetdeck, Hootsuite and Later
-Excellent verbal and communication skills.
-Exceptional relationship management skills, and demonstrable experience of working with clients.
-Ability to manipulate tone of voice within copy.
-Ability to speak a foreign language would be a bonus.
