In under 3 years, they've become the third-largest website in their field in the UK and have launched an industry-leading platform. They'll also be deploying the first platform of its kind dedicated to assisting small businesses.
The Service Account Manager will be responsible for supporting commercial and public sector organisations, acting as the face of service delivery to these clients. The primary function of this role will be to ensure high quality and consistent service to a list of key clients. Your secondary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for new business with these clients.
You will have recent experience in a client-facing role, with experience of account management or customer success.
