Our start up based company are looking for a senior designer to come and join their ever expanding team.

This would suit a person that is looking to be very hands on in their approach and could see them selves growing within a company while having free reign on branding, web and all other aspects of design.

From understanding the business objectives and user needs through to prototyping and delivering the final pixel-perfect design, this is a great opportunity to radically improve the user experience and help drive the business forward.

There will also be the opportunity to develop and take ownership of the wider brand identity, including work to support marquee PR activity and other digital marketing campaigns.

*Self-motivated and committed to continual, test-driven iteration and improvement
*Strong skills with relevant design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision or similar
*An understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and other Web technologies
*Outstanding visual design skills (responsive/mobile design should be a given)
*Strong portfolio of relevant work across mobile, tablet, and desktop
*Strong understanding of UX & UI principles, information architecture, processes and best practices
*Excellent attention to detail and proven mastery of typography, colour and layout
