Senior CRM Manager (Retention) Permanent

*You will be responsible for increasing volumes of subscribers and revenue across all products including digital and print.
*Developing and managing the retention strategy to reduce churn and drive revenue.
*Leading on the optimisation of the existing programme and driving forward the implementation of new initiatives.
*Applying a test and learn approach to activity across the retention team.
*Managing budgets and reporting on the effectiveness of print and digital retention activity - ensuring this is leveraged effectively across the team.
3 years of management experience
5 years experience within retention or loyalty focused roles
Previous subscriptions experience is beneficial but not essential
Previous publishing experience beneficial but not essential
Proven experience in managing and inspiring a team
The role will suit someone who is commercially focused, with strong communication skills who can influence change. Someone who is innovative and can bring fresh ideas!
