The Company:

A well renowned, global technology consultancy are recruiting in their specialist digital marketing arm. They have been helping enterprise level clients achieve their digital goals for over a decade and are headquartered in London with offices in Amsterdam and USA.
Their work covers the full digital marketing spectrum - from channel management and optimisation, through to strategy planning and campaign analysis, benchmarking/audits and digital transformation.

The Role:

They're currently expanding their team and looking for experienced digital marketing professionals with expertise in email marketing strategy (CRM) and deployment. The successful candidate will lead big brand CRM strategy, using knowledge of the latest techniques and technology that helps build a long term, efficient function, bearing this in mind, they hope for big brand experience. The successful candidate will work on-site with clients in the London area along with a specialist team, the rest of the time will be spent in head office ensuring that company culture remains very strong and connected.

*CRM strategy & tactics
*Email marketing - hands-on deployment including testing, creative and delivery
*Working knowledge of one or more ESPs
*Developing eCRM strategies and ensuring the creative/technical process follows through on that strategy
*Thought leadership within CRM
*Ownership of targets and development of strategies to hit these targets
*Senior stakeholder liaison, including presenting reports and results to senior management


If you have experience and passion in helping large brands with their CRM strategies, this would be well worth exploring. Client-side experience is generally favoured due to the nature of the role.
*4+ years' experience working on complex CRM strategies.
*Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse complex data-sets to underpin recommendations and decisions
*Strong communication skills - a team player who can adapt to different teams and businesses
