The company is positioned to completely disrupt the global influencer marketing sphere by offering an entirely different model. Viewed as the "IMDB of Influencers" or the "Bloomberg of Bloggers", this company's platform offers a marketplace through which brands can search, filter and connect with influencers to partake in their campaigns. The technology connects with influencers and allows brands to track results. Importantly, they take no commission on the fee to the influencers, and brands are charged a nominal monthly fee to access the platform.
Furthermore, the company's offering is a pure-play tech offering, not a managed service, removing the conscious and unconscious bias towards certain influencers that is inevitably found in the usual PR/Talent Agency model. This company is privately owned and will not require to seek rounds of funding. It's essentially the ultimate start up experience: all the fun of growing an exciting new product with the stability of corporate backing!
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for putting the company firmly on the map. You'll use your brand and PR agency contacts to onboard clients onto the company's platform, generating incremental revenues.
You'll onboard brands - working closely with the marketing and lead generation division - negotiating and closing contracts. You'll help to shape marketing collateral and assist the company's product team to continuously keep the product at the top of the game!

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales operations organisation at a senior level
