Propel is excited to be working with an innovative technology company that partners with tier one retailers. Using industry leading data and software, this company unites retailer and consumer, and is the forerunner in customer insight and loyalty. This company not only works with some of the biggest names in fashion, hospitality, travel, and retail, but has also won awards for it's ground-breaking work.
The Role:
The client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its Partnerships team. You will have 5 years of experience working in a client relationship building, or partnerships role, and have worked in retail before. You will nurture and grow circa 10 accounts to maintain and improve profitability.
Responsibilities:
-Manging circa 10 accounts.
-Build strong relationships with household names and tier one partnerships.
-Deliver an exciting new product.
-Communicate consumer-based stories to retailers, using data and insight.
-Deliver strategic campaigns to drive profitable sales for retailers.
-Manage data insight projects.
-Present and pitch to retailers and senior stakeholders.
You will have:
-At least 5 years experience in relationship management/partnerships/nurturing client relationships - a must!
-Experience in the retail marketing sector- a must!
-A good understanding of the loyalty/customer retention and performance marketing/digital media space.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Ambitious, driven, positive, confident and outgoing personality.
-Team player!
