SEM Manager needed for rapidly growing, VC backed Tech start-up Permanent

Propel London are working with a young, fully funded and rapidly expanding tech start-up, looking for a Search Marketing Manager to come on-board to join their expanding marketing team.

The successful manager will be taking full control of the client's SEM/Paid Search campaign, which is currently outsourced to an agency. The successful manager will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, working alongside a Content Marketing Manager, in a marketing team which will be growing over the next couple of months.

You will be strategising and executing a smart and effective SEM campaign, incorporating mainly PPC but SEO elements. You must be focused on ROI, have an analytic mind and a passion for driving a young and exciting, VC backed business forward.


*3 - 5 years in a SEO role (this can be agency side, client side or a mixture of both)
*Experience in Google AdWords and Analytics
*Experience in SEM across a number of platforms
*A working knowledge of SEO techniques
*Ability to interpret metrics and analytics


*Management of multiple tasks in a quick changing environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Proven leadership skills
