I have recently partnered with a highly successful, and rapidly growing independent company operating within the AdTech space. With offices across the US and APAC, this brand provides leading advertisers and agencies with the ability to create, activate and measure all forms of digital marketing across desktop, tablet and mobile.

The Role:

Reporting to and working closely with the CMO and collaboratively with their product development, sales and creative production teams you will plan, manage and execute marketing communications for all brand products. You will be responsible for developing and communicating the brand proposition to customers - some of the world's biggest advertisers and media agencies - as well as the digital media and ad-tech industry at large. You will create collateral and communications that reach and engage core audiences and that express the benefits of working with them in the most compelling ways possible.

Key Responsibilities:

*Bring products to market and drive their adoption and success through planning and executing go to market plans, working closely with Product Managers / Owners
*Plan and execute external communication programmes that reach and engage target audiences
*Work collaboratively with new business team to promote their products and services
*Initiate, create and execute marketing collateral such as case studies, one sheets, newsletters, event invitations and content for social media & the website
*Plan and project manage internal & external marketing events, webinars, product presentations and launches
*Source & manage association and representation at external digital industry and vertical specific events, write submissions for speaking opportunities, award entries, etc.
*Ensure all marketing expenditure is planned, tracked and reported accurately and responsibly
*Embed success measurement in the way marketing programmes are planned, executed and analysed to identify what works against the clear objectives of the overall marketing strategy and of individual activities

Your skills:

*Experience in a marketing role within either the ad tech, media or advertising industry
*Ability to clearly explain the benefits of product features and translate them into customer-facing messaging
*Ability to effectively express complex ideas in a written and oral context
*Multitasker with experience in project and events management
*Self-starter who initiates innovative & creative ideas with the ability to work independently to execute and meet goals
*Has successfully developed and executed marketing activities that include product collaterals, PR, on and offline marketing, social media and presence at industry events, for a company operating in the marketing industry
*An excellent eye for detail, design and creative excellence
*Experience working with product development teams to develop and produce marketing collateral to assist with lead generation and client retention
*Experience planning and managing the social-media presence of a business
*Experience measuring, tracking and assessing the success of marketing communications activities in meeting marketing and corporate goals
