Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst

Company and Role Summary

My client is one of the biggest dating companies in the world, a household name and has an amazing brand. They are now looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join the international marketing team and focus on optimising marketing functions through data insight.

Job Responsibilities:

-Derive insights from very large datasets and prepare campaigns reports.
-Provide detailed reports and analysis of trading performance to optimise all online and offline channels
-Optimise all marketing acquisition plans, with a focus on mobile, digital and ATL.
-Give insight and recommendations to marketing strategies where needed.
-Refine and reduce acquisition budgets.
-Research competitors and the market.
-Using tools and models to report and analyse marketing campaigns, strategy and spend.
-Help in forecasting and planning by providing insights.
-Liaising with international teams across various time zones - Data Science, Analytics and Research teams.
-Translate insights into actionable strategy.

The Perfect Candidate:

-Significant experience (3-4 years minimum) in marketing/acquisition/performance/web analytics
-Ideally has a degree in Mathematics from a top university or something similar.
-Has worked in a mobile, tech, SAAS or subscription based environment.
-Has worked with very large datasets.
-International experience.
-Very skilled in Advanced Excel and Google Analytics.
-Ideally skilled in Adwords, SQL, Pivot Tables.
-Has worked across online and offline marketing acquisition channels.
-An excellent communicator - can comfortably present findings to colleagues .
-Very smart, analytical and commercially focused.
-Proactive, hardworking attitude.
-Is a team player and supports other teams.
