Online Media Manager Permanent

They are looking for someone with proven experience in both display and paid social to come along and be responsible for planning, implementing, optimising and tracking the online media activity for the brand, whilst also managing a small team of execs. This role requires you to be both strategic and hands-on, with a problem-solving mentality and a natural willingness to take on projects without fear of not knowing all the answers straight away!
This person requires experience in both display and programmatic, with a strong background in campaign management and any planning experience is a bonus! -Plan, implement, optimise and track display, social campaigns
-Oversee budget and make decisions based on performance
-Deliver proposals for new activities and tests
-Manage test processes regularly
-Liaise with internal stakeholders and agencies
-Reporting on campaigns and performance analysis
-Manage a team of executives
What you will have:
-4+ years' experience in campaign management
-Display, video/social marketing experience
-Analytical of online issues and implement recommended improvements
-Knowledge of ad-serving, tracking platforms, paid social and programmatic campaigns
-Data-driven mindset - strong reporting skills
-Confidence liaising with stakeholders
-Planning background is a plus
-Any experience working within an agency or managing agencies is a BONUS
