Propel is working with an exciting start-up in the entertainment space! This company creates fantastic content that is both inspiring and engaging for kids all over the world, whilst also promoting good values to positively impact their lives. They are looking for a Media Campaign Manager to join the Paid Media Team and to essentially manage the end-to-end processes across all paid media activity.

There is definitely a "work hard play hard" atmosphere in the office as the teams are made up of creative individuals who are striving to use their skills to grow the business further. They have some fantastic awards under their belt already and are expected to carry on this success as the company progresses!

This role will suit someone who is operationally minded and isn't afraid to get stuck in and ask the right questions. This position will require you to have excellent knowledge and experience within paid search, paid social, and display advertising. They need someone who is analytically minded, date-focussed and can work both autonomously and within a team.


-End-to-end management of all paid activity (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon)
-Internal stakeholder management
-Budget management
-Track industry trends in the market
-Work with other teams to help create the company's strategic story

You Will Have:

-Managed biddable campaigns (particularly Google Ads)
-Autonomy running your own accounts
-Experience with advertisement performance principles
-An understanding of attribution
-Data-driven approach of customer journey analysis
-Knowledge of data dashboard tools
