Position Overview:
A luxury brand are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to come on board and develop their marketing function. This individual will have complete ownership across all channels- including both on and offline marketing. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting brand who are currently growing their team and offering.

Main Responsibilities:
From planning to implementation and instruction of agencies- the Marketing Manager will be responsible for pushing the brand into the spotlight both on and offline with the aim of driving traffic and acquiring new clients.
*Create a complete multi-channel marketing plan, focusing on acquisition campaigns and unifying the brand identity.
*Take complete ownership of the marketing function (including the marketing budget).
*Plan and execute digital campaigns and manage agency relationships where appropriate. There will be a focus on acquisition campaigns (PPC, SEO, email).
*Deliver an email/ CRM strategy and run associated campaigns (automated journey, content calendar etc).
*Develop and grow the affiliate channel, blogger outreach program and scope relevant partnerships.
*Manage the social media presence and grow the following by creating an engaging strategy and content calendar.
*Manage the brand presence at relevant industry events and co-ordinating agencies accordingly.
*Track, monitor and report on all digital marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience required:
*Previous experience in a marketing role.
*Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email/CRM, social).
*Practical experience working with Google tools (AdWords and Google Analytics).
*Ideally some experience in offline marketing including partnerships, events and luxury print.
*Exposure to the luxury market and HNWI would be a bonus!
*A competent, ambitious individual who will hit the ground running.
*A can-do, proactive attitude.
*Good time-management and ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects.
*Excellent communicator.
