This key marketing position is a newly created role for the business, so the exact size and shape of the role can be defined by you. What they can guarantee is that your responsibilities will be broad and varied with the work very much hands-on and that they envisage this developing into a key marketing position. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, the successful candidate will have creative freedom, be given the opportunity to bring innovative ideas forward and implement these ideas. The role will suit someone who is intellectually curious and seeking a platform to demonstrate their success.
As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will…
Take lead on all marketing related activities within the business
Be responsible for managing all events
Ownership of the company website including rewriting of website
Building and maintaining relationships with partners
Creating marketing collateral
Managing content calendar
Implementing strategies to develop contact database
3-5 years experience within a B2B marketing environment
As this role is stand alone previous managerial experience is not necessary
An entrepreneurial self-starter, you're equally comfortable campaigning to reach a target as making long term plans to improve marketing performance.
Comfortable working autonomously
Ability to present data and performance information clearly
Good writing skills and an eye for detail
Agile and quick thinking mindset
