In the Forbes Fintech 50, my client have landed in London and are building a young, fresh and driven team. Working with countries across the globe they are enabling a whole new level of financial connectedness. Disrupting the legacy monoliths with a fresh and innovative product. Setting up a team here in London to branch out into EMEA.

Having received over $100 million last year they are expanding their team and they are looking for a talented Director to join, have a direct influence on business strategies going forward and new channels. Looking for a Marketing data specialist, who is able to deep dive into large data sets, using Excel, SQL to provide business decisions/ marketing strategies based of solid data.

Duties of the Manager for Marketing/ Business Analytics:
*Monitor and report on the P&L and economic performance.
*Looking at customer behaviour and generating insights that lead to customer growth.
*Design and analyse quantitative tests to validate customer/ business hypothesis.
*Development of models to forecast key business metrics
*Marketing Channel analysis and attribution.
*Identify opportunities such as customer experience optimisation, product gap analysis etc
*Prepare business case calculations to assess new market entry supported by data.

Back ground of the Manager for Marketing/ Business Analytics:
*5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing/ business analytics
*Has a passion for technology and Fintech
*Expertise with Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools. Experience with R and Python is great
*Ability to communicate data-based decisions to leadership.
*Articulate clearly your decisions and be able to defend them
*Entrepreneurial, and enjoy working in a start-up
*Have a high degree of ownership.
*Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, business, economics, or another quantitative field
