The Lead Structural Recruiter will have an opportunity to own structural, technical and non-traditional recruitment as part of a growing and dynamic team that's responsible for contributing to AlphaSights' most valuable asset - its human capital. He or she will play a key role in establishing an inspiring view of AlphaSights among candidates as well as a positive perception of candidates among hiring managers. The Structural Recruiting Lead will report directly into the head of recruitment for Europe and will operate with a high level of autonomy, supporting unique and often ad hoc hiring requirements across multiple stakeholders in the region.

*+2 years experience: headhunting, executive search or fast-paced corporate recruitment.
*Proven academic excellence from a good UK university.
*Research and headhunting must be your passion and forte; Proactive approach to seeking out the best talent in the market place.
*Experience of working to KPIs and understanding the importance of reporting and tracking recruitment activity and sharing information across the team
*A mature confident and tenacious personality: an individual who is able to respond efficiently and positively to feedback, make decisions with certainty, and learn from challenging situations. Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to multi task and juggle several competing priorities and roles
