The IT/Coms Delivery Manager role offers the operational point of contact for the Internal Clients who receive service from different Service Lines such as Trading, Ad Operations, Technical Services and Production Design.
You will be responsible for Service Level Agreements [SLAs] accomplishment and Service Issue tracking & resolution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Establish and lead customers overall service delivery and requirements
*Setting and managing customer expectations as defined together with the client service team leaders
*Define processes and procedures which outline the business needs and reflect the company structure, create documentation
*Act as a buffer between the client service teams and stakeholders or user representatives
Experience and Qualifications:
*3-5 years' experience in an international service & operations support function
*Customer support experience with senior client management and people management background
*Holistic understanding of the digital landscape
*A clear understanding of the relationship between different support lines and the Business
*Experience planning, writing and communicating procedures for a large Service Delivery centre
