International CRM Exec - (Sports focus, language required) Permanent

Communications will be based around the Sporting calendar.
Deliver all direct marketing communications to the existing customer base through a variety of channels
Create, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns based on data driven insight
Work closely with the CRM Manager to ensure campaigns are in line with and designed to meet all CRM KPIs
Maximise CRM performance across the following metrics: repeats month on month, reactivation & reacquisition from inactive customers and customer engagement KPIs such as clicks/sessions
Continuously optimising the performance of campaigns and track individual campaign KPIs
Implement feedback and report on the CRM campaigns.
The Ideal Person:
You must be a smart, ambitious, driven graduate who has a desire to learn and get stuck in!
MUST be able to speak a language. (This is for the international team)
Ideally some experience in CRM - but if you are intelligent, determined, and have a proven ability to learn new things, then this isn't essential.
Some knowledge of marketing preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
