Not only will you know exactly how to find, attract and hire top talent, you'll also have an inherent passion for employer branding, candidate experience and all things tech.

Who You Are:
*You've earned a high-level degree and have 2+ years' experience as a successful recruiter
*Ideally you have gained experience on the rec-to-rec / agency side of recruitment
*You know how to target and engage recruiters of all levels across tech, marketing and commercial markets
*You're creative in your approach, with a passion for employer branding and social marketing
*You live and breathe all things tech and hiring, attend community events and actively build your personal professional brand on and offline
*You take a consultative approach, focusing on building long lasting relationships with candidates who love you
*You love administration and organisation, delivering exceptional standards and getting things over the line - fast.

How You'll Spend Your Days
*Working directly with the leadership team to determine the needs of each team and the level, scope and positioning of our roles across tech, marketing and commercial teams
*Creating a stellar employer brand to promote Propel on and off-line as a company of choice
*Managing university and campus hiring for our Academy Programme, creatively engaging graduate level talent
*Headhunting experienced passive talent for our senior and leadership level positions
*Managing a full cycle interview process from sourcing, targeting and screening to coordinating interviews to closing candidates.
*Managing all online advertisement and administration of hiring platforms (LinkedIn etc)
*Reporting in a data driven and analytical way, setting and achieving targets for ROI on hires
*Constantly innovating and improving the interview processes, increasing diversity of candidate pipelines.
*Making sure all candidates have a fantastic experience from initial outreach to joining the team.
