We are currently working with a global eCommerce undergoing a large scale digital transformation programme to innovate their global eCommerce platform looking for a talented Head of Product to be based in Central London.

To join an expanding and ambitious team and to deliver a market leading technology and be responsible for the development, strategy and vision of the new platform. The Head of Product will be responsible for overseeing and executing the global product strategy and will responsible for but not limited to:

*Defining the product vision for a specific product or set of products, in alignment with the strategy and Vision and as part of the overall product roadmap.
*Define, develop and manage the product roadmap in alignment with User needs and customer strategy based on customer insight and data analytics.
*To be able work closely with and support the business, technology and development team throughout the development cycle of the product.
*Working with technology and delivery teams to ensure effective planning and forecasting is maintained, to give the business stakeholders confidence that the roadmap is deliverable within reasonable planning horizons.
*Keep abreast of developments in digital and the business environment to provide thought leadership for future innovation, continuous improvement and best practice, and ensure digital products remain relevant and continue to deliver customer and business value.

Knowledge and experience required:

*Proven record of developing and managing a roadmap and lifecycle for digital products and technology solutions in relevant solution, web, mobile, marketing, CRM
*Demonstrable experience of digital product management in agile development environments
*Some experience working within B2C or eCommerce is desirable
*Ideation skills and design thinking
*Exceptional customer focus, including internal customers and users
*Entrepreneurial attitude
*Excellent communication and networking skills to work with customers in guiding, advising, influencing and managing the expectations of stakeholders and leaders at all levels of business and influence solution design and delivery
*Experience of leading teams in a complex, multi geography, multi-cultural and matrix environment
