This business, having recently secured investment from a prominent private equity firm, are a rapidly growing 66 strong innovative niche British B2B software company with customers around the world. Their product is a well-established email signature processing technology solution and is used on-premises by tens of thousands of companies and an estimated 50 million end-users. The newer cloud-hosted product has been the catalyst for growth in recent times and a key selling point is it's seamless integration to companies large and small. They have seen regular month-on-month growth in recent times and are showing no signs of slowing down.
As part of the growth plan, they are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing, you will be based in the Hampshire office and, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a senior member of the wider Sales and Marketing Organisation. Based on the variety of their customer business size, B2C focused technology marketers should not be deterred, so long as they understand B2B methods.


As Head of Marketing you'll have the opportunity to shape, grow and advance the Marketing function in a business that is committed to a high growth strategy with exciting products and a potentially huge market opportunity.
You'll manage a team to create and execute winning marketing programmes that drive brand awareness and demand/lead generation activities globally. As the business migrates away from the original on-site products and into the SAAS market you will be responsible for exploiting the numerous new opportunities that will ensure that we capitalise on these opportunities. This will include cross-sell and up-sell to existing customer base as well as addressing a huge new audience from a new business and lead generation perspective.
The primary focus of the role will be to lead the advance to improve the presence and brand across all types of marketing platforms. Your role will include all lead generation, on line digital activity as well as managing marketing automation programs. You will also take ownership of the existing events program and all other offline activities. This role certainly isn't to set up a new function, in fact, they are well set up and have a good grasp on CPA and a small team, it is more to shape the long term lead generation strategy as they expect high growth as their product becomes even more popular.


*A background in developing and delivering successful ROI through marketing programmes within the technology space.
*Analytical, data driven marketing expertise that bases decisions on insights and facts.

*Building effective demand generation campaigns through all digital channels involving Marketing Automation tools.
