Head of Customer Acquisition - VC Backed Start-up - Strategic Permanent

I have recently partnered with a revolutionary tech start-up who aim to provide an alternative to care agencies. Their innovative online platform cuts out middleman and tackles social care issues, by offering access to the best care at the fairest costs, so this is a real chance to make positive social impact via digital!
In this pivotal role for the business you'll be working closely with the Director of Marketing to determine budgets, channel strategies and OKRs.
*Set the full paid media strategy (covering PPC, Paid Social and Display campaigns)
*Manage all agencies (this is a strategic role)
*In addition to this you'll be leading a small army of your own with at least one Junior Marketing Executive under your wing.
They are looking for an incredibly analytical-minded Head of Customer Acquisition to take the lead on all online acquisition efforts.
*Confident marketer who can take ownership and make an impact.
*You'll have an amazing digital marketing toolkit, with many abilities and a strong appetite to master new tools.
*Data will you be your best friend, and you'll love to think outside the box, experimenting with new ideas. However, you'll also be incredibly structured and comfortable running high numbers of multi-factoral online experiments.
*You'll have the ruthlessness and strong instinct to know when to make and change and how to do it.
