The Business & The Role:
Founded in the last few years, this bespoke men's fashion brand has grafted through humble beginnings by creating their range and, through £4M recent investment, are now ready to drive their customer acquisition aggressively. They design and create their own range across the main apparel categories and have been widely acclaimed through their existing customer base. They are growing their revenue exponentially month-on-month, but the time has come to find someone with deep knowledge of digital acquisition channels. Currently, 40% of acquisition is done through successful direct mail, leaving 40% via Facebook and the rest referrals.
The impressive founder of the business is looking for a commanding leader to really take hold of the acquisition strategy with a true understanding of performance marketing, thus an analytical mind through CPA is crucial. The direct mail aspect will need to be managed and potentially improved, but not from a design perspective - New ideas of measurement in CPA in this area will help but the position is first and foremost for a strategic plan and implementation of new ideas in digital customer acquisition. You will be given a lack of red tape for marketing spend should you command solid measurements and planning. You will work closely with the founder and become a vital part of the business which, over the next two years, really is crunch time! The offices are a very attractive space with plenty of space for planned growth in the Surrey area.
