Global brand - 1st Line Support - Central London - 4 months Contract

My client is a huge global brand based in Central London and are looking for a 1st Line Support engineer.
To provide, assist and maintain 1st line IT support for;
*PC hardware, software and peripherals
*Mobile devices, including blackberry's, iPhones and iPads
*Hardware and software inventory
*Internal telephony systems
*User accounts and access
*PC and Office moves
*Video conferencing equipment
*Other systems that fall within the Operational IT Environment
*Provision of a consistent & continuous service to users
*Maintenance of current business requirements
This is not a super technical role, it is more 1st line admin i.e. taking calls, resetting passwords, dealing with what can be dealt with quickly and moving the rest off to second line.
Please only apply if you're experienced with 1st line support, not 2nd or 3rd line as the client will only consider1st line.
