My client are a well established eMail Marketing Agency based in Central London, who have been servicing their wide client base, including various Blue-Chip clients, from the early days of CRM! You will be handling a key account for them, a global telecoms provider. You will have a huge degree of flexibility in working remotely, as well as spending time in the clients' offices, a large mobile telecom provider, and other fantastic benefits including excellent career and salary progression.
*Work closely alongside clients, ensuring the delivery of CRM projects and advising on strategy
*Collaborate with and brief various agency and freelancers to ensure all aspects of campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
*Collect feedback from projects, including analysing success, discussing this with the client and feeding back internally
*Be very client facing, act as the face for my client, and gain a deep understanding of the clients you are working with
*Work closely with the Account Director and Head of Partnerships
*Experience in Account Management, building a close relationship with clients
*Excellent commercial skills, excellent skills in taking client briefs and delivering results according to this
*Plan, schedule and execute projects from end-to-end, ensuring that any changes are reported to the clients
*Experience using various platforms related to Project Management and CRM
*Knowledge of web analytics, tag management platforms and statistical analysis tools (bonus)
