eCommerce Business Analyst Permanent

My client is undergoing a large scale global digital transformation project, situated in new offices in central London. Implementing an innovative eCommerce platform that will cover all of their global clients. Scaling up their London office with specialists across development, design, digital.
Looking for a Business Analyst (eCommerce) to join an expanding and ambitious team, to deliver a market leading technology and be responsible for the development, strategy and vision of the new platform across multiple work streams. The Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and executing the eCommerce business requirements, utilising all analytical skills to ensure a highly efficient team and will be responsible for but not limited to:
Duties of a Business Analyst
*Experience interacting with senior business leaders to gather requirements for prioritisation.
*Development of client requirements and translating these to the rest of the team.
*Business/systems analysis, writing specifications (business scenarios, functional specifications, use cases) and supporting technical documentation (for complex software systems).
*Understanding of Software Development lifecycle.
*Experience in business modelling techniques is a plus.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to grasp complex design concepts and business scenarios.
*Strong analytical skills, creative problem solver.
*Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources and articulate it via verbal/written communication to the rest of the business.
*Ability to multitask when working on multiple projects.
*Experience working in a dynamic Agile environment.
*Result-oriented self-motivated team player with a flexible attitude.
*Consistent and reliable under pressure.
*Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
Background of the ideal Business Analyst:
*eCommerce background is essential.
*Bachelor's Degree is preferable.
*Exposure to code development preferable.
*Experience working on new initiatives.
*Experience with autonomy and an entrepreneurial environment.
