Digital Marketing Manager (UK and Nordics)

Aims:
*Increase qualified traffic on the website through an efficient and optimised integrated online marketing plan
1.Devise and shape the online marketing plan and budget forecast
2.Plan and implement all online marketing activities and liaise with the online marketing agencies: online media plan, online display creative, website animation creative, paid search, affiliate network, social networks…
3.Monitor and analyse performance and ROI on all online activities
4.Monitor and optimise SEO performance
5.Recommend any optimisation on a day-to-day basis
6.Monitor closely budget and track online expenditure
7.Supervise social media strategy and execution

*Innovate and optimise overall digital strategy and more specifically search, being proactive with websites optimisations in order to grow online sales
1.Liaise with ecommerce executive and offline executive to be consistent and propose the most efficient 360 plan
2.Monitor web performance
3.Lead website improvement plans

*Lead the content stream
1.Leading with an SEO approach, deliver annual content strategy in order to increase visibility and brand awareness
2.Align all marketing agencies in order to deliver integrated and impactful stories

*Bring synergies across all Northern European markets
1.Build on key learnings from UK digital advancement for north European countries for both traffic and UX to deliver increased revenue
2.Share best practices across markets and push the digital agenda and channel integration across markets
3.Identify clear opportunities to mutalise digital activities across markets
4.Apply successfully tested strategies across markets

*Manage the intern

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for forecasting and following up the online marketing budget across markets
*Responsible for reaching the agreed targets and KPIs per channel
*Responsible for the respect of brand identity in all local online material
*Set direction for the website improvement plan
