This company is looking for a bright, motivated and thriving individual to join their team during an exciting growth period. This person will ideally be 2-4 years into their career and come from a retail or eCommerce background with a growing desire to use their already well-established knowledge to create a positive impact within the company.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Managing social media and company online reputation
Creating engaging content and marketing collateral thereby improving brand awareness within the eCommerce and retail sectors
Identifying and working with external partners and managing industry partnerships
Creating, managing and reporting of campaigns
Communicating across a variety of digital channels including email, social media, website, and other media activity and managing them
Help shape the marketing strategy for the company
You will have:
2-4 year's experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing (a passion for Digital)
A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, eCommerce or Communications (or similar) from a top-level university
Strong partnerships/affiliate management experience
Solid experience with email marketing
Exposure to social media
A strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, as well as the ability to effectively report on campaigns
Google Analytics - the natural ability to be data-driven
A hard-working attitude as well as the desire to be a team player and the ability to work autonomously at times
Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to internal and external key stakeholders
