This will be the first digital hire within the company and this person will have the creative freedom to build the digital strategy from scratch.
The business has been catering for luxury events in iconic locations for the past 20 years. They now have more recently turned to the restaurant industry, having opened an extensive collection of luxury restaurants and bars in impressive locations. They are now expanding globally - and as such need their digital strategy to do so too! - with restaurants opening in New York!
The Digital Marketing Manager will focus mainly on the restaurant side of the business and will own the digital marketing strategy. This is a hands on, strategy heavy role, and is entirely new. This person will be particularly gifted with SEO and PPC, but will be a broad, well rounded digital marketer. The focus will be on acquiring new customers for their restaurant portfolio (B2C), reducing churn, and increasing loyalty.
This is a career defining role!
4+ years experience in a B2C digital marketing role.
Expert knowledge of SEO and PPC and a willingness to be hands-on.
Experience of the hands-on building and monitoring of campaigns from end to end.
Be highly analytical and able to use data to produce actionable insights.
To be ambitious and able to act as an agent of change.
Be able to report and present to departments.
