The business has been catering for luxury events in iconic locations for high net worth individuals for the past 20 years and have more recently turned their hands to the restaurant industry, they already have an impressive collection of luxury restaurants in some impressive locations and have a New York and another London restaurant opening in the near future.
Focusing mainly on the restaurant side of the business, the Digital Marketing Manager will own the businesses digital marketing strategy. They will champion PPC and SEO activity work closely with the marketing director on identifying new effective digital channels to implement. The focus will be on acquiring new customers for their restaurant portfolio and increase their customers lifetime value. By understanding customer segments, spend and journey- the Digital Marketing Manager will offer actionable insights to the wider marketing team.
This is the first digitally focused hire in the business and as such will have a huge impact on the current marketing strategy and will make a massive difference to how the business approach digital and marketing.
Skills & experience of the Digital Marketing Manager:
*2-3 years' experience in a consumer facing digital marketing role
*Expert knowledge of SEO and PPC (knowledge of other digital channels a bonus)
*The ability to be strategic as well as hands on (managing agencies is also fine)
*Be highly analytical and be able to use data to produce actionable insights
*To be ambitious and able to act as an agent of change in a fast' growing business
