A growing retailer are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives across the business.
This position will take a lead in defining and executing localized digital content and marketing campaigns across the various marketing channels.
The position reports to the CMO and is a very exciting opportunity for anyone looking to grow their digital marketing career in a major UK corporate undergoing a significant modernisation programme.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7-8 years' experience in online marketing. Experience with performance advertising, media buying and CRM, SEO / PPC are required.
*Devise and execute localised digital marketing campaigns, in particular acquisition campaigns (PPC, SEO, display, email, referrals, etc.).
*Deliver and report against agreed KPIs (effective CPA, ROI, activity and engagement rates).
*Manage and report on the monthly and annual marketing budget, including analysis of variances of forecast vs. actual.
*Extend existing partner base; negotiate commercial terms with existing and potential partners (CPM, CPC and CPA).
*Define technical requirements for development and maintenance of campaigns and co-ordinate internal support functions to ensure a smooth execution.
*Manage acquisition campaigns through an advertising server and tag management system, trafficking ads and links (tracking link creation and distribution, pixels/beacons implementation).
*Work closely with the CRM team to increase the engagement of new panellists recruited.
*Work closely with the brand manager to define local brand and content marketing calendar to coincide with key events, seasonal trends and local preferences.
*Develop localised online communications in line with the Brakes branding guidelines.
*Monitor competitor activity to ensure that Brakes market leading position is maintained.
*Explore and present new marketing opportunities as well as monthly reports.
*Provide local insights about content strategy, social media and user experience.
Skills & Experience:
*A minimum of 6-7 years online marketing experience in an international environment and partner management experience.
*Strong understanding of performance advertising, DR campaigns, SEO, affiliate marketing, paid search, lead generation, display advertising and email marketing.
*Strong analytical skills, can-do attitude and be a self-starter.
*Ability to manage and organize multiple projects at a time.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills.
*Strong account management and prioritization skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, as minimum requirements) for presentation, data manipulation and analysis.
*Knowledge of tag management systems, adservers and Google Analytics are a plus.
