A highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant is required for a large global retailer. This award winning company are looking to appoint a proactive individual who is capable of planning and implementing an engaging content strategy. The brand are seeking a talented individual capable of bringing fresh ideas to assist the development of their evolving digital team.

Reporting to the Digital Development Manager, the Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing the content distributed across all digital platforms.
*Creating the social media strategy, including the development and management of interesting content to grow follower engagement
*Developing and managing effective digital marketing campaigns including social, website and email
*Managing the evolution and implementation of digital loyalty campaigns
*Ensuring digital marketing campaigns are on brand and integrated with offline marketing
*Responding to and handling customer communications via company social media platforms
*Managing all appointed third party partners relevant to the development of all digital content
*Working with the Digital Development Manager to assess performance of activity against objectives and providing regular reports
* Monitor performance against budgets and ensure that targets are being met
* Market data analysis to inform and help marketing decisions

The ideal candidate will be both creative and customer-focused in their planning and delivery of digital strategy, which will be aligned with existing offline marketing.
*Previous experience planning and executing digital marketing strategies
*Highly articulate and confident communicator with strong influencing skills
*Some knowledge of the latest trends and practices is preferable, as is general commercial awareness
*Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects and manage their time effectively
*An understanding of customer loyalty programs, although not necessary, would be a bonus
