Digital eCommerce Manager - Global Digital eCommerce Transformation - £75k

My client is undergoing a large scale global digital transformation project, situated in new offices in central London. With over 1000 websites worldwide they are implementing an innovative eCommerce platform that will cover all of their 129 countries. Scaling up their London office across development, design and digital.

Needing a talented Digital eCommerce Manager to come in and oversee the creation of all content across the organisation's websites, multivariate/ A/B testing, commercial optimisation and digital strategy. Working closely with the marketing team to align web content strategy to the future prospects of the company. The Digital Manager will implement uniform content, commercial opitmisation and conversion, as well as liaising with local teams to produce targeted deliveries. This position will provide full ownership over all digital aspects for this entirely new eCommerce build and projects with view of scaling a team beneath you.

Duties of the eCommerce Manager:
*Annual content marketing calendar.
*Copywriting.
*SEO optimisation.
*A/B Testing.
*Conversion optimisation.
*B2C.
*Monitoring content activities of competitors.
*Implementing content across different mediums.
*Working on New User flows and Editorial Boards.

Background of the eCommerce Manager:
*Sitecore and other CMS.
*Degree educated, preferably from English, Marketing or Journalism degree.
*Excellent command of written English.
*Leadership.
*Conversion optimisation expert.
*Entrepreneurial mindset.
*Creative mindset.
*Experience writing your own copy/ content.
