Customer Success Manager Permanent

Due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. The customer success manager will be responsible for managing the client relationship end-to-end from onboarding and training, day to day account management, educating on new product developments, upselling services, translating technical jargon into easy to understand comms and everything in-between. The core focus of this role is to retain, grow and develop client accounts and to ensure users are getting the best out of the product.
Skills & experience of the Customer Success Manager;
*2-3+ years in a similar customer success position (ideally a SaaS product)
*Strong communication/presentation skills
*Proven ability to build lasting and profitable relationships
*A general knowledge of technology, mobile/apps in particularly
*Strong organisational and project management skills
