Propel is excited to be working with a fun food and health start up, whose products are sweeping the shelves! The company is growing very quickly, and has a considerable amount of funding investors.
The company is now looking for a Customer Service Manager/Community Manager (title flexible) to deliver best in class customer service, build loyalty, and reward customers. This is a very creative role and the founders want to see you using your imagination to engage customers and create a devoted community.
The aim of the role is to deliver best in class customer service, assistance and response through a variety of digital channels, both in the UK and the US.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer queries, questions, issues and complaints in a professional and engaging manner. Be creative!
-Actively reward customers with gifts and surprises!
-Create an always on customer service strategy across multiple channels including email, phone, social media channels, events.
-Community management via social media.
-Logging all customer interactions in the CRM database.
-Be fully responsible for the feel good fund and reward those especially engaged customers, creating loyalty.
-Get to know customers through interaction and research.
The Perfect Candidate:
-Will have 3+ years in either a community management role, a social media community role, or a customer service role.
-Have significant experience with customer service channels like social media, emails, and phone.
-Have an excellent phone manner and communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Experience in CRM tools.
-Most importantly: will be creative, imaginative, pro-active and ambitious.
