Customer Insight and Digital Analytics Manager - Global Digital Transformation

Customer insight and Data Analytics Manager is required to join a Transnational e-commerce business undergoing a digital transformation of their innovative highly transactional platform. As a Customer insight and Digital analytics Manager (Data Analyst / Insight analyst / Customer analyst), you will be joining a highly talented and newly formed team based in London. You will be required to develop a customer first mindset, by defining and implementing the right tools, practices, and measures to drive commercial success from the businesses new digital presence.

Undergoing a digital transformation to innovate its eCommerce platform, this client is looking for a Customer insight and Digital analytics Managers who will be tasked with analysing.

Role and Responsibilities



Customer insight



Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing and the wider business ensuring that the objective voice of the consumer is considered in key business discussions and decisions across global markets.
Working with the Marketing & Content team to shape strategic and tactical plans based on genuine consumer insight.

Lead Key strategic insight work streams to develop best in class research practice for qualitative and quantitative Methods.

Define insight gaps to deliver against customer needs and strategic priorities, ensuring research learning and insights are translated into clear recommendations for journey development, user experience, and new product development


Digital Analytics

Use data to identify and support the definition, design and implementation of new customer journeys across the digital product portfolio.

Provide guidance to marketing teams to support the design and execution of marketing campaigns and channel strategies.

Manage the assessment and communication of data and KPIs across web analytics, social media activity, customer engagement and satisfaction

Develop, maintain and continually enhance custom dashboards and reports, selecting and using the most suitable tools and with the support of the technology teams.

Using key metrics, analyse and interpret trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data

Ensure all measurements roll-up effectively to the high-level digital targets, KPIs and strategic goals, enabling the team to continually measure progress and improvement.

Support best practices in conversion and engagement optimization.

As a customer insight and digital analytics Manager you can expect to earn in the region of 50k to 70k alongside a 15% bonus
