You will work closely with a newly formed team of developers, and business resources to shape high-performing web applications that will improve overall consumer and customer experience.
*Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing and the wider business ensuring that the objective voice of the consumer is considered in key business discussions and decisions across global markets.
*Working with the Marketing & Content team to shape strategic and tactical plans based on genuine consumer insight.
*Lead Key strategic insight work streams to develop best in class research practice for qualitative and quantitative Methods.
*Define insight gaps to deliver against customer needs and strategic priorities, ensuring research learnings and insights are translated into clear recommendations for journey development, user experience, and new product development
*Use data to identify and support the definition, design and implementation of new customer journeys across the digital product portfolio.
*Provide guidance to marketing teams to support the design and execution of marketing campaigns and channel strategies.
*Manage the assessment and communication of data and KPIs across web analytics, social media activity, customer engagement and satisfaction
*Develop, maintain and continually enhance custom dashboards and reports, selecting and using the most suitable tools and with the support of the technology teams.
*Using key metrics, analyse and interpret trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
*Ensure all measurements roll-up effectively to the high-level digital targets, KPIs and strategic goals, enabling the team to continually measure progress and improvement.
*Support best practices in conversion and engagement optimization.
Skills and Experience
*Monitor activity and overall channel performance on an ongoing basis to ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are being achieved, taking corrective action where required
*Actively understand the market and seek out new technologies and innovations, taking responsibility for testing new ideas and the development of internal capability in skills/knowledge, processes and technology.
*Execute customer analysis projects such as A/B and multi-variant testing, ensuring findings are translated into business insight
*Advanced user of Google analytics and Tag Manager. Advanced SQL skills and comfortable with VBA, macros, pivot tables, LookUp tasks and Excel.
*Experience in data mining and building predictive models.
*Ability to educate and evangelise the use of web analytics through the online team.
*Experience of implementing, maintaining and testing the implementation of web analytics tools
*eCommerce background preferred.
*Creative problem solver with a "get it done" approach to all tasks.
*Presentable, good communications skills.
*Confident, energetic, responsible and self-motivated.
