CRM Manager - Young, disruptive and well funded eCommerce Permanent

The business was founded 5 years ago and have had excellent success so far, are now backed by 2 VC firms, and are just tying up their Series A funding round! You will be working in their fantastically located Angel offices, currently with 14 employees and growing. The marketing team currently contains two Content/Social Media Executives and a freelancer covering performance marketing. The current CRM strategy sits with the product team, which you will be taking over entirely, working in the marketing team.
You will have the support of the Content Executives when it comes to writing emails and producing content, but everything will ultimately be signed off by you, and must have a careful and considered tone of voice.
Develop an excellent understanding of the needs of customers, and how to evolve their journey with the business
Strategise and implement insightful communications, products and tools at all stages of the customer cycle, across CRM, onsite and offsite channels.
Define metrics and ensure KPIs are hit consistently, using this data to define the content which needs to be created so that a personalised approach can be taken to all customers
Report on the performance of your campaigns, giving your ideas of where improvements can be made
Excellent skills in creating and managing CRM campaigns, client or agency side, to convert first time customers into repeat buyers
Experience using CRM strategies to convert site visitors and prospects into buyers
Excellent hands on experience, you cannot be afraid of getting stuck into implementing your own strategies!
Ideally experienced in the healthcare industry, and in a start-up
