The Role Outline
Reporting in to the Head of CRM, The successful CRM Manager (you) will have a broad remit in optimising the customer communications strategy, both for automated as well as seasonal and ad hoc messages. You will be improving commercial performance across key metrics like customer lifetime value and activation rate, using the appropriate tools, techniques and a variety of channels (email, push notifications, Facebook & display ads). You will have every chance and in fact will be encouraged to challenge the Head of CRM to implement new ideas and strategies to help the CRM function. You will be managing 1 CRM Executive day to day and will likely have some element of management experience.
Key Success Metrics:
*Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) - Drive LTV by creating customer touch points across the customer lifecycle to improve key metrics, including revenue and churn
*Activation Rate - Increasing the conversion rate of sign-ups to active customers
*Technical Processes - Migration of transactional emails to the marketing ESP, enabling automated communications as part of new product features.
