The Role: CRM Manager

Aim - To drive the expansion of the business through digital channels and CRM strategies.

The company is searching a CRM Marketing Manager with at least 2-4 years of experience in owning, delivering and implementing CRM strategies.


Own and deliver the CRM strategy across the business
Implement automated, lifecycle and marketing emails.
Select and roll-out our new ESP.
Review and optimise current email workflows as well as determine new opportunities for lifecycle campaigns.
Use A/B testing to identify and experiment with new opportunities to target sub-segments of our audience to maximise on engagement and activation.
Work with our marketing, data, brand and product teams.
Continually test and optimise email content to improve user experience.
Identify and test other channels for delivering messages to consumers including SMS and Whatsapp.
Optimise the acquisition funnel through CRO.
Create and optimise onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
Continually assess and gain insight of our customers through reviews, surveys and NPS.
Report on progress and outcomes and key learnings to the team and wider business on a weekly and monthly basis.


2-4 years experience working with CRM databases, email platforms and tracking, measurement and analytic tools.
Proven ability in implementing successful CRM and email strategies, involving customer life-cycles, customer lifetime values, segmentation, content and contact strategies.
Experience creating and optimising triggered lifecycle emails in B2B and/or B2C environment.
Strong communication skills - you will be liaising with multiple teams.
An imaginative, creative and analytical thinker, but at the same time a proactive doer.
Strong analytical skills and numbers-driven thinking with a passion to drive growth through data.
