Propel are currently on the look-out for a CRM Executive to join a globally recognized FinTech company! This is a very exciting opportunity for an agile thinker who is keen to join a rapidly growing business, and utilize their skills using the latest technologies in digital marketing. The business has undergone a digital transformation over the past 12 months, which is why this is a key hire for the business! The CRM Executive will work with a team to deliver the global CRM strategy whilst maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with customers. You will be welcomed into a social and hard-working team within very modern and attractive offices (with a coffee shop providing unlimited drinks throughout the day!).

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing engaging copy and nurture programs including newsletters and landing pages
  • End to end management of email marketing across all core markets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and teams
  • Utilize various Marketing Automation platforms across a range of channels
  • Responsible for delivering commercial targets and ability to hit KPI's using engagement and trading emails

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience of CRM and email marketing experience
  • Understanding of HTML (strongly preferred)
  • Analytical skills, quick thinker and an eye for detail
  • Ability to adapt and excitement to join a fast-paced working environment
  • Knowledge of various Marketing Automation platforms such as email and mobile
