CRM Executive Permanent

Working with various partners, the CRM executive will play an instrumental role in ensuring seamless communication with app users through in-app, push and email communications. They will segment data, roll out email/push/in-app campaigns and report on campaigns. Forming a key part of the marketing team and acting as a valuable extension for their partners, the CRM executive will offer strategic advice on how to best utilise CRM.
Skills and experience of the CRM executive:
*Experience using Mailchimp or a similar platform (Inc. data segmentation, campaign list selection, copywriting/design)
*Experience managing large CRM campaigns (in-app, push notification, email)
*Experience working with mobile/app products
*Be as creative as you are technical
*The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, start-up environment
*A passion for music and entertainment is an absolute necessity!
