Propel has been tasked with finding a data-driven, digitally-savvy CRM Director to join a globally recognised brand in the gaming and gambling sector. This company is really leading the way in this space and they're looking for someone from an equally well-established company to join the team! The focus of this role is to define and deliver the CRM strategy to ultimately increase customer value engagement and grow the current CRM initiatives.

This role will suit someone that has a solid CRM background, who is already at a senior level in their career and has managed a large team. You will need to be customer obsessed, results-driven, and have very strong stakeholder management/communication skills. Own and develop the CRM strategy to life for the company
Oversee a large team of 30 employees and direct leadership reports
Run customer communications for multiple channels across a large number of markets
Manage regulatory requirements/GDPR and stay updated with changes
Create and improve current CRM initiatives
Create a long-term approach around audience targetting that focusses on more than email marketing
Focus on lifecycle, data and competitor analysis strategies
Continuously considering personalisation, automation and responsible gambling
You will have:
Been at a Head of CRM position for at least 4 years
Managed a team of minimum 15x people
Previous experience working in a large organisation/household name for a long period of time
Created, managed, delivered successful CRM marketing strategies
Experience working with and across multiple teams
A strong understanding of data - especially around the customer
The ability to show you can build high-performing successful teams that deliver
An understanding of customer needs and expectations
The ability to work with senior stakeholders and push back/demonstrate a vision
Any industry experience is a bonus but not essential
