Propel are currently working with a globally recognized sports gaming brand, who are seeking a CRM Data Executive to join their team. The business which are market leaders in their field, have twice been named the UK’s ‘Company of the Year’. CRM Data Executive
You will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaign data. This will involve delivering relevant data providing customers with timely messages across products globally. The role also focuses on continually improving the CRM use of data, targeting and segmentation along with development of automated campaigns. You will plan and execute the data/targeting element of multi-channel customer marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioral changes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
Entry level technical skills or an analytical background, keen to learn new tools (Adobe Campaign)
Degree level educated (Computer Science Degree would be useful but not essential)
Must understands SQL
Intermediate Excel skills
Understanding of HTML useful but not essential
Keen eye for detail as quality checking campaigns is a massive part of the role and the consequences of mistakes are enormous to the business
Right attitude to work in a team and try and help the team progress
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders on various campaigns – requires good timekeeping and being able to work under pressure sometimes (!)
Somebody who is ambitious and proactive – there’s a lot of opportunity for growth and learning
