Propel are seeking a Copywriter to join a spread betting fintech company and take ownership of their copy and content through a multitude of channels.
You will be joining a fast growing marketing team within a established, exciting and expanding fintech business. The company truly believes in the power of marketing, and you will be joining passionate individuals to develop the copy further.
This person needs at least 3 years' experience of copywriting - preferably not within the finance industry, as the Marketing Manager wants a fresh pair of eyes to offer creative and exciting ideas!
The Role and Responsibilities:
-You will create fun, concise and innovative content
-You will research and become informed on markets, industries, facts and sources for projects.
-You will create blogs, articles, web content, promotions, marketing copy, newsletters, sponsored articles, banners, social posts.
-You will rewrite and edit the copy and content that is on the website, then maintain this and keep it up to date.
-Improve customer engagement and acquisition.
-You will be posting, publishing and sending out your copy to customers, so it is a hands on position.
You Must Have:
-Excellent written skills - grammar, spelling, editing and writing.
-At least 3 years' experience copywriting with a proven track record of successful results
-A good knowledge of SEO and SEO optimised content.
-Ideally have CMS experience.
-Must have experience in one or more of the following: CMS systems, email systems, ideally Umbrecco, MailChip or Customer.io
