Well established and impressive design, branding and digital agency are looking for an entrepreneurial, high flying management consultant/client partner to lead on one of their flag ship financial services accounts. As a true Client Partner you will be responsible for driving the performance and year on year client profitability of all the agency's financial industry clients.

A primary focus for your role is to lead and further strengthen the relationship with the key client FS client they have had relationships for 10 years. Using your commercial experience, you're responsible for setting the standards for the way the agency build and maintain client relationships. You'll show your team how to spot and convert opportunities within existing and new opportunities to drive revenue growth year on year. As a client services specialist, you'll be an active participant in developing thought leadership for the agency and for their clients. You'll be an industry influencer, well known within the sector as an expert in your field, which will drive new business towards the agency. Through your connections and influence you're continually building the pipeline for your sector. Finally, and as importantly, you'll be a leader in the agency and part of the Senior Management Team.

You'll partner with other sector and competency leads to develop the agency model and ways of working to ensure they deliver on their vision. You'll also be an advocate of the employee experience, continually working with the team and those you work with to ensure that the agency is a great place to work and that they attract the best talent in your areas. You are brilliant in your job because You know the banking industry and other financial services sector businesses inside and out, well versed in their language and the market pulse - you do not need to be a purist in FS though.You understand and have experience working directly with customer experience in this sector and other relevant sectors - the agency are looking for exciting and new innovative ideas from other sectors.You're passionate about the fast developing world of design, UX, data and analytics.You understand the power of enabling your team to perform at their best and work with them to ensure they get the growth and development they need.You're a natural relationship building, easily connecting with clients so that you're able to uncover new business opportunities.You're a thought leader and industry influencer, attracting new clients to the agency's doors

Year on year growth of the client account achieving 2017/2018 growth target% growth of financial sector clients within the overall agency portfolio% of external PR activity that leads to new client work across any sectorEmployee satisfaction within the account management team

Your key responsibilities Global lead for all finance sector clients Responsible for building and leading all financial sector client relationships Have a clear plan to build and maintain relationships with clients at the most senior level, making inroads that get the agency in front of critical decision makers

Partner with Competency Leads to identify, define and convert opportunities within new and existing client relationships
Partner with the Service Delivery to ensure your projects and relationships have the right resource available to deliver to expectations and client requirements
Partner with the Finance Director to negotiate financial agreements with clients and potential clients, partnering with the Finance Manager to ensure profit goals are met
Support the account management teams to explore every nook of the existing relationships to find new revenue streams and business opportunities
Ensure client satisfaction reviews take place on all key accounts at least every year to ensure the continuing strength of our relationship with all clients

Specifically, on their flagship account, the client has requested partnership in 5 key areas, which you will ensure they deliver against:
Commercial planning: how the agency contribute to their products and services development
Strategic thinking: interpret client products and services into relevant propositions
Design: turn the propositions into real solutions designTechnical programme managementData interpretation: how to build in targeting, measurement and tracking
Leading your teams
Drive forward the agency culture within all the teams you work with, championing agency behaviours and values and by facilitating internal connections
Continually ensure all activity within your sector and in account management drives your team towards the vision of the business
Partner with Sector and Competency leads with recruitment into your areas of specialism and with other roles in the business
Responsible for the continued strength of the capability in your specialism and within the account management team
Directly responsible for the growth and development of the Group Account Directors and support the GAD's with the same for their direct reports
